Note: The schedule can vary depending on the age group and individual needs of the children in the day care program.

7:30 am - 8:00 am:

• Arrival and Greeting: Parents drop off their children, and daycare staff warmly welcome them.
• Free Play: Infants and toddlers have supervised free playtime with age-appropriate toys and activities.

8:00 am - 8:30 am:

• Breakfast: Children gather for a healthy breakfast together, promoting social interaction and nutrition.

8:30 am - 9:15 am:

• Circle Time: Infants and toddlers participate in a short circle time with songs, stories, and age-appropriate group activities.

9:15 am - 10:00 am:

• Learning and Development: Children engage in age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive and fine motor skill development, such as art projects, sensory play, or simple puzzles.

10:00 am - 10:15 am: 

• Morning snack: Children enjoy a light mid-morning snack together.

10:15 am - 10:30 am:

• Station time: Infants and toddlers can play in different station areas and develop basic skills about science, math, and/or sensory games.

10:30 am - 11:15 am:

• Outdoor Play: Weather permitting, children have outdoor playtime, allowing them to explore and expend energy.

11:15 am - 12:00 pm:

• Lunch: Children gather for a nutritious lunch, promoting healthy eating habits and social interaction.

12:00 pm - 2:00 pm:

• Naptime/Rest Time: Infants and toddlers have a quiet rest period, with cribs or mats provided for napping. Soft music or white noise may be used to create a peaceful atmosphere for sleeping.

2:00 pm - 2:30 pm:

• Afternoon Snack: Children enjoy a light afternoon snack together.

2:30 pm - 3:15 pm:

• Structured Play: Infants and toddlers engage in structured play activities, which may include educational games, music and movement, or storytime.

3:15 pm - 3:45 pm:

• Diaper Changes and Bathroom Time: Infants and toddlers are attended to for diaper changes and bathroom breaks as needed.

3:45 pm - 4:30 pm:

• Outdoor Play or Indoor Gross Motor Activities: Another opportunity for physical activity and exploration, either outdoors or in an indoor play area.

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm:

• Snack Time: A healthy afternoon snack is provided to refuel children's energy.

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm:

• Free Play and Departure: Children engage in supervised free play as parents arrive for pick-up. Staff members ensure a smooth transition from daycare to home.
